Important Notice – Meeting Room Change

CHANGE OF MEETING ROOM – MARCH 4

Members – we have discovered that the church will be having their pancake supper on our meeting night – March 4th. Unfortunately, this event takes place in Shilton Hall and kitchen. We apologize for this inconvenience to our members, but as they did not notify us of this conflict earlier, we have not been able to give our members more notice. We have agreed to switch our meeting room to the basement hall. THE DATE OF THE MEETING REMAINS UNCHANGED.

The direct entrance is through the doors at the southwest entrance on the Victoria Street side of the church. There are eight steps, a landing and four more steps to the hall. There is a limited kitchen facility, but we hope to offer coffee and cold beverages along with our snacks.

Again, we apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience. Our AGM and election of officers will take place as scheduled. We appreciate your cooperation.

Upcoming Meeting …

Along with our QoM, Colour Theory Wrap Up, Block of the Month Introduction and Sunbonnet Sue Reveal and Block Draw, we have a Valentine’s craft on the February meeting agenda. If you’d like to make a Valentine’s basket, please bring a pair of scissors and a pencil to the meeting. We’ll have all the other supplies on hand.
