Our guild made another generous presentation to My Sister’s Place at the December meeting. In total there were 40 Comfort Quilts, 43 Christmas stockings and 33 Santa Sacks. Quite a contribution for our 54 member guild. Between our donations to My Sister’s Place, Matthew’s House Hospice and the Good Shepherd Food Bank, imagine all the lives we have touched thru the years. We’ve also earmarked one of the larger, special comfort quilts to be used by My Sister’s Place for their fundraising campaign.

Along with our own members’ quilts, our December total for How Far Can You Stitch was 15,645″. Almost a quarter of a mile ! We’re planning another Sit ‘n Sew Session for the Spring and will make our next presentation to My Sister’s Place at our July meeting.
